I am still flying high friends! Thank you sooooo much for the emails, the comments and the general love!!! I am tickled! I don't have many RL friends who have any clue what all this means, so I feel like I am having my party with you! and...I have to tell you, my first 24 hours as a Garden Girl have been fabulous to say the least...to celebrate, John and I had lunch at Red Robin (yum.)
I was good though, I have been going through this whole "eyes are bigger than stomach" thing lately...so I only ate half my lunch and only had half of my shake...still probably 300000 calories, but I was celebrating:)
Then, because John is my best girlfriend, we went shopping! I haven't been to Cost Plus in a really long time, so we went there and played around, I tried on hats and jewelry- but we didn't get anything. Then, we went to Home Depot and picked up two footstools for our chairs and a cheapo plastic side table.
Then, we went to Target (insert heavenly chorus)...
I got a pair of sunglasses to replace last year's cheapo's...and I got the most adorable purse:
I love it, it's totally going to be used all year because it even matches my winter coat! While it's not the big Coach Tote I have been eying for the past year, it'll do thanks.:)
The shopping and fun did not end there friends!! The whole point of our Target trip was to pick up a fireplace for our backyard! We have had this on our "new backyard" list and so we finally ran and picked it up...
So, after a long day of shopping and fun times and celebration, we spent the evening in our backyard with wine and Asian noodles and a warm and toasty fire! It was awesome!!! I think I may smell like campfire from now on.

I am sad that these are the last few cards!! I guess I will have to try to keep the new stuff rolling along- maybe I will get to do a sneak peak sometime soon for some of the *new* stuff coming out for a*muse*a*palooza...(I hope so:)
