Want a cheap and easy sure to please project to make for Halloween? Well, better run to 2peas and snag my new "Frightful & Delightful" banner set.

This kit contains all the graphics in a simple to print .pdf file, and also includes step by step instructions and a list of supplies to create these two really cute Halloween decorations! It even includes instructions on how to make the crepe paper fringe. I hope you all like it, I made it just for you:)

Nothing much is going on in Jennifer land these days...it's pretty quiet around here, which is really, really nice. I have a few different kits in the works for next week that I am hoping to wrap up tomorrow. I managed to spend a little bit of time putting the pictures on the papers today to participate in "The Pub" Ad challenge...I couldn't resist...here is the Ad: (delightful Martha stuff at Macy's)

When I saw that Ad, the first thing I thought of was this awesome American Crafts pattern paper!!! I made this page to document how much I love that my husband is a guy's guy...but also isn't ashamed to be kind of girly with me by going junk shopping and visiting antique shows with me.

He's so super.

And speaking of junk shopping....ding,ding,ding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dying to show you this picture...who doesn't love bingo cards? I scored 2 huge packages of bingo sheets from my local thrift store, the small squares are red, and the trio sheets are all multi colors...I could have a wild bingo party once a month with all my friends and still never run out. If you see them on ALL of my scrapbook pages, you will know why:) I gotta use my stash.

What else is new?? Oh, we puppy sat for Uncle Dan, looked after little Sopie...here is a cute pic I took of her and Drake in the park, moments after Drake taught her how to find and eat blackberries off of the bushes...she has grown so much! She is finally at the point where she can get Drake to play with her, which is so rare for Drake...he is socially awkward to say the least. He's groaning at me right now, I think he misses his friend already.

oh, I know the exciting thing I was going to tell you about...I finally saved up enough to upgrade to a digital SLR! I ordered my Digital Rebel XTi today and should have it Friday...I cannot wait to finally be able to take some really good pictures of the family in our dark cave of a house and be able to see my dog and my husband without spending hours processing the images in Photoshop!!! I went ahead and purchased the 50mm 1.4 lens, which I heard is one really great lens, which shoots super fast and allows tons of light, so it sounds like it will fit my needs. I plan on getting a general purpose lens later on, I would like to eventually do some pet photography and small family sessions for friends and family. I will keep you posted!!
