11/30
Today was such a great day- totally full of random spontaneity!! I couldn't pick just one POTD...had to share 3:)
We headed to Issaquah today and saw a sign on the side of the road... it said, "Zoo." John and I both laughed and said, "Zoo?? If there is a Zoo in Issaquah, we have to go."... (for those of you unaware of Issaquah and all it's offerings, just picture your average newly growing suburb...not typical Zoo territory). So, we drove until we found it...more on that later...
Then, after that fun adventure, we went to Gilman Village to take some pictures and visit the candy shop. They have the best red barn door for photos. Then, we went to a local restaraunt in Redmond that we thought served crepes...but I guess it's only for brunch...so, since we were already sold on that idea for dinner, we went home and decided to make our own. We had four pans/pots going at once, both of us cooking and drinking wine. The crepes were deeeelicious.
It was a fabulous day.
I love random adventures. :D

Jen, LOVE the red door... and great detail dinner shot! xoxo

When I was very young (mid-1960's), my family lived in Issaquah. I am amazed at how the town has grown.
